Delivery Confirmation:

Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation of an appointment is not possible. Client[s] is eligible for a rescheduling of appointment. There is no partial or full refund.

RETURNS POLICY
Returns and Refunds Policy
Cancellation of Services:
If a client cannot attend an appointment due to some unavoidable circumstances, he/she can reschedule the appointment on the website. Rescheduling must be made 6 hrs before the scheduled appointment.
Refund Eligibility:
The Nutriverse provides consulting services. There is no refund of amount paid. The client can, however, reschedule the appointment with the consultant. In case the appointment cannot be rescheduled with the consultant due to some reason, they can mail the admin at thenutriversemail@gmail.com.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees may be non-refundable, such as booking fees, administrative fees, or fees for services already rendered at the time of cancellation. These fees will be clearly outlined in the service agreement.
