30 hour, 2 credit course for clinical dietitians, nutritionists and knowledge-seekers interested In learning advanced concepts in Ayurveda regarding treatment principles and diets for selected clinical conditions. This course is divided into three modules; Module 1 - Ayurveda Therapeutic principles in the context of aahar (nourishment) Module 2 - Ayurveda culinary science Module 3 - Dietary strategies for select diseases (masterclasses). The entire course is only open to those who have completed our basic 1 -credit "Introduction to Ayurveda Dietetics" course OR possess a BAMS / formal Ayurveda degree.
